CRANQ helps you find high-signal threads on X (Twitter) and draft natural reply suggestions in your voice.

Quick start

  • Install the CRANQ Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store and pin it via the puzzle icon
  • Open x.com, sign in, and browse to any thread.
  • Click the CRANQ button and generate your first suggested reply.

Tip: best results come from jumping into active, high-signal threads where you can add clear value.

Troubleshooting

Nothing happens on X

  • Ensure the extension is Enabled (Chrome → chrome://extensions).
  • Confirm the site is x.com and the extension is allowed on this site.
  • Hard refresh the page (Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + R).

Buttons/UI are missing

  • Disable conflicting extensions (temporarily) and refresh.
  • Check for updates (on the CRANQ card in chrome://extensions).
  • Restart Chrome.

Sign-in or auth issues

  • Sign out and back in to CRANQ.
  • Allow third-party cookies for our domains if blocked.
  • Check device time sync and VPN/proxy settings.

Performance problems

  • Clear cached data for x.com.
  • Close heavy tabs; restart Chrome.

Known issues

  • Investigating — Oauth logout
  • Fix scheduled — NSFW content in Lists.

Permissions (plain English)

  • Host: x.com / twitter.com — read the open thread to generate context-aware suggestions you request.
  • tabs — detect your active X tab where you want help.
  • scripting — add CRANQ UI elements to the page.
  • alarms — refresh influencer feeds and scheduled checks.

We use the least-privilege approach and never collect your general browsing history.

Data & privacy

  • Processed on X pages you open: public post text, basic metadata (handle/timestamps), and the page URL — only to provide on-page features you request.
  • Your inputs: reply drafts and optional feedback you submit.
  • Personal info: email/account for sign-in and billing.
  • Diagnostics: crashes & basic event telemetry to improve quality (kept up to 12 months, then aggregated).
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not collect your general browsing history.
  • We do not read your DMs or private content on X.
  • We do not use Google OAuth or Google user data.

Billings & account

  • Manage plan changes (upgrade/downgrade/cancel) from your account settings.
  • Refunds: contact support@cranq.ai with your purchase email and reason.
  • Changing email / organization: reach out to support and we’ll assist.
